If you are interested in purchasing an item from us you see here,
don't hesitate to call or send us an email. I encourage you to
read all the information below for payment options, contact information,
and general policies regarding the items listed on our website.
You can usually reach us by phone between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Pacific Time during the week and on Saturday between 10:00 AM
and 5:00 PM at (1-916-718-5430) or by e-mail at Glenn@Holsonbakenumismatics.com.
If we can't answer the phone, just leave a message and your call
will be returned as soon as possible.
We try to provide the most accurate images and descriptions of
our offerings possible. If you have a question regarding a specific
coin or note don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do
our best to answer you honestly and accurately.
Payment Options
- Paypal/Credit Card/Debit Card: Click the "Add to Cart" button for online purchases, or send payment to gokings10@att.net
- Check: Make payable to: Holsonbake Numismatics
- Money Order/Cashier's Check
Payment must be made and funds must clear my account before
the coin can be shipped. Certified checks, cashier's checks, money
orders and cash payments usually will get shipment within 24-hours
and payment made with these methods is preferred. If we happen
to not be in the office when your payment arrives, for example
attending a show, then your purchased coin (s) will be shipped
within 24 hours of our return. Personal/business checks can take
up to 10 business days to clear and we ship when payment has cleared.
We very much appreciate payment within 7 days after an agreement
to purchase has been made.
Mailing Address
If sending us coins please do not put anything about Rare Coins
on the envelope. Please address all packages sent to us as shown
below using Glenn Holsonbake instead of Holsonbake Numismatics.

About Our listings and Return Policy
- In the event that an error has occurred in the listing price
of an item, we reserve the right to sell the item at the correct
price and the buyer has the option of paying that price or canceling
the sale.
- We reserve the right to cancel any listings on items which
have sold through venues other than other than our website.
Return Policy
Holsonbake Numismatics offers a no questions asked 7-day return
policy. We try our best to accurately describe and image so that
a return is not necessary but if your purchase doesn't sit right
with you then simply notify us and return it within 7 days for
a 100% refund of your purchase price. If the item was paid for
by Paypal we reserve the right to charge a 3% re-stocking fee
for any of their fees if the item is returned.
Shipping Information
- We ship items via USPS Priority Mail (valued under $500)
or USPS Registered Mail (valued over $500).
- For Paypal purchases, shipping and insurance are already included in the checkout process.
- For cash/check/money order purchases, for items under $500 please add $5 for postage, packing and
insurance, and for items over $500 we will provide you a figure
to handle the additional insurance cost.
Sales Tax
All sales less then $1,500 to a customer located in California
are subject to 8.75% California Sales Tax which must be remitted
with your payment. If your single invoice total is over $1,500
or more then no sales tax is required to be paid per California
sales tax regulation 1599.
Wanted
We are buyers of coins you may offer to sell as well. We are
a collector oriented business and seek nice original coins and
currency to offer our clients. Please contact us to discuss any
US coins or currency you are selling. We are strong buyers of
PCGS, NGC, ICG and ANACS problem-free graded coins so contact
